Owner’s Responsibilities
here are Some duties transferred to a property Owner
or Homeowners Association when they attain their property
Implementing all elements of the Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) / Low Impact Development (LID) Plan:
Implementation of prompt and effective erosion and sediment control measures
Pre-Rain Event Inspections
Rain Event Inspections
Post-Rain Event Inspections
Routine inspections as described in the WQMP/LID Plan
Ensuring elimination of all unauthorized discharges
The Owner shall be assigned authority to mobilize crews in order to make immediate repairs to the control measures
Immediate coordination of all necessary deficiency corrections/repairs and the project always complies with the WQMP
Manage and report any Illegal Discharges or Illicit Connections
Maintain the maintenance, repairs, and inspection documents for 3 years minimum
